About The Guild

The Guild create compelling digital experiences that deliver tangible and measurable business results. We plan, design and build beautifully crafted and usable websites. We are a digital agency that blends big agency heritage and agile creative thinking with technical nous to make sure your digital experience is useful, future proof and above all effective.

Our user led design approach produces rich and rewarding brand experiences. We focus on the user throughout the design and build process. We look at how people will use your site and this forms the basis of clear user journeys and a sound interaction design.

We centre our design process around the three principles of technical, aesthetic and human, which creates products that are useful, useable and desirable. We put the user at the heart of the experience so that your digital presence creates a need to interact and respond, leading to loyalty, advocacy and stand-out.

Our agile method of project management delivers accessible and scaleable websites on time and on budget. As proven on recent projects for Jeans for Genes and Arts Council England.

We build content management system (CMS) driven websites across a range of platforms using both off-the-shelf and custom built systems and have delivered software solutions for: charities, not for profit organisations, local government, private sector businesses and start-ups. We specialise in building rich media and streamed video solutions.

The Guild are experts in developing content, applications and services in Second Life, a massive networked virtual world where hundreds and thousands of people gather daily to socialise, collaborate and communicate. We've developed Second Life applications for private corporations, public sector bodies and academic institutions, which means that we can offer you an event or environment in the virtual world to compliment your own work in the real world.
